He personally and solely set up this contract living on site for 3 months and was the only Crosstown executive to visit the site or speak to the COR for the entire contract performance. Mark sourced, hired, trained, and managed all employees personally. Mark personally designed, implemented, and managed all computer system integrations and implementations and every aspect of contract performance. Designed and implemented NFC incubator temp tracking system. Designed and implemented cost effective portable freezer dry ice replacement cold chain system.

Mark Speight personally stood up the contract. Integrated multiple supply customers into the courier system. Implemented barcoded piece level internal tracking system for supply delivery to CBOCS. Implemented real-time service level trigger reporting system to address customers need specifically to monitor an extremely urgent under 15-minute pickup performance. This emergency delivery was almost always from 7 pm to 6 am or weekends, Random times, from 0 to 6 deliveries a week. Extremely difficult to stay within requirements while balancing cost effectiveness (initially $35 a delivery), which we (Mark and Claude) implemented a system that was successful for more than 10 years.
